Easy Weight Loss Tips - 5 Easy Tips to Lose Weight So Quick and Simple That Anyone Can Follow

Are you looking for some killer tips to lose weight? Well, the problem in giving weight loss tips is that they should not only help you lose weight but should be safe.

How easy it is to follow the low carb diets and lose all that fat you have accumulated over years in a matter of few months if not weeks. There is a problem with drastic reduction of weight and blindly following these diet plans. They hardly work long term and can even bring a host of health problems.

Here are 5 easy weight loss tips that anyone can follow.

1. Drink lots of water: Even though water does not help you reduce weight, it is very helpful in filling your stomach and helps you avoid from eating otherwise. Often thirst is misconstrued to be hunger and hence drinking lots of water is a healthy way to keep your weight in check.

2. Spice it Up: By adding more spices to your food, you are more likely to eat less.

3. Brush your teeth after every meal: Brushing the teeth usually serves the mind as a clue to your body that the time to snack is over.

4. Sniff before you eat: As weird as it may sound, in a study done by Alan R. Hirsch, M.D., neurological director of the Smell & Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago, people who sniffed more frequently ate less and invariably lost more weight than people who didn't.

5. Walk before Dinner: Other than burning calories, you are more likely to cut your appetite. In a research study conducted at University of Glasgow, it was found that 20 minutes of walking lessened appetite and made the participants feel a sense of fullness as a light meal.

Can You Create Your Own Weight Loss Diet Menu?

Being a fitness freak myself, I scan the internet every now and then for updates on diet programs. There are diet plans out there for both weight loss as well as weight gain. But weight loss forms the larger part of the two.

Let me admit that there are some very high quality diet programs out there that can help you achieve your weight goals. But let me also warn you that there are some very idiotic diet programs as well that rely heavily on hype and marketing to fool people into investing their time, effort and money.

Let's not forget the hopes that are crashed as the diet plan simply fails. Most of the people might never attempt a weight loss program again.

Understanding weight loss

If I were to describe weight loss in simple terms, then it is the difference between the calories that you consume and the calories that you burn. If you burn more calories than you consume, then you will lose weight. It is not as simple as it sounds though. In order to achieve this, you need to have a well structured diet plan and bring about some changes to your lifestyle. Incorporating exercise into your life is very important.

A lot of people are unaware of the fact that even a 20 minute walk can do wonders for your body.

Weight loss menu

With a little bit of help from a nutritionist or from sources on the internet, you can easily create a weight loss diet menu.

It should have the right amount of protein, very little carbs and loads of fresh green veggies and fruits. Water is one much overlooked component in a weight loss diet. If you wish to lose weight in a healthy way, then water is a must.

Now, I am not talking about one day here. You need to maintain a diet program and follow it for a period of one month or more. Set realistic goals and analyze and monitor your performance as you go ahead.

Exercise Guidelines For Women - 3 Secrets to Fast Weight Loss

Here are some exercise guidelines for women. In fact, these 3 secrets will help you to lose weight faster than you ever have. I'm so confident in these 3 things that I dare you to prove me wrong.

If you have even just a tiny bit of motivation to lose weight, I'll guarantee you that you'll be thinner by next week.

Exercise Guidelines for Women

1. Do Hindu Squats if you don't have much time

Hindu squats are fast-paced bodyweight squats that burn off a ton of fat, FAST! Here's what you do... squat up and down fast. As fast as possible without getting too sloppy. One tip, touch the ground with your finger tips between reps so you know you went deep enough in the squat.

Goal: To do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. If you can do that everyday, you'll be thanking me for a long, long time.

2. Jump on a mini-trampoline

This total body exercise is what will save you a lot of time because you can do it effectively in just a minute or 2 at a time. I recommend doing it during commercials so that you kinda know you're doing about 2 minutes at a time. So watch tv, have fun. It's ok. Just jump on the thing for at least 20 minutes a day.

3. Do isometric ab squeezes

These are great for firming up your abs. Just squeeze and tighten your abs for 15-20 seconds at a time. Squeeze hard. Throw these in whenever you get a chance during the day. I prefer you do these for a total of 5 minutes a day.

So there you go. My exercise guidelines for using my 3 secret exercises that will get you looking pretty good, pretty fast.

Food Additives and Weight Loss - What Role do Food Additives Play in Weight Loss?

Food additives are any substances that are found in food items that are not part of the food itself, including chemicals, colorings, preservatives, even traces of packaging materials.

Food additives are found mostly in packaged, processed foods, and are a result of the packaging process.

Examples of food additives include salt, yeast, baking soda, pepper and citric acid.

In addition to these food additives there are some very dangerous chemicals that are considered food additives. These chemicals are counterproductive to weight loss, and should never be eaten.

The food additive referred to as aspartame is an extremely dangerous substance. Aspartame promotes weight gain by making a person feel hungry all the time. Consuming this substance will likely make it nearly impossible for you to lose weight.

People who eat aspartame usually crave lots of carbohydrates. Aspartame causes dizziness, seizures, mental retardation, cancer, dry eyes, skin problems, and colitis. Stay away from this poison.

Next is a food additive named MSG. MSG is a very nasty food additive that causes headache, nausea, loss of circulation, seizures, irregular heartbeat, hypertension, blindness, and difficulty breathing.

It is believed that MSG is a root cause of obesity. MSG causes foods to taste better by stimulating the taste buds. When food tastes better, people eat more of it.

All food additives are harmful to your body, and should never be eaten. In addition to aspartame and MSG, the most deadly of the food additives are partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, saccharin, sodium nitrate, stevia, cyclamate, olestra, potassium bromate, and all food colorings.

Healthy Weight Loss Can Be Achieved by Following These 3 Simple Steps!

Are you looking to lose weight but want it to be healthy weight loss? Well, there are plenty of people who lose weight but do so in a very unhealthy way. Take anorexic people for instance, they deprive the body of nutrition and end up obtaining a skinny and frail figure that I'm sure very few people would envy.

There are smarter ways to trim down though, I'll be going over a few healthy weight loss tips with you right here:

1. Eat 5-6 Small Meals Daily

Most people tend to eat only 3 meals a day, for health reasons though, this should be considered an outdated and unhealthy ritual. It's much better to have 5-6 smaller meals so that you keep your metabolism going at all times and you don't end up putting on excess weight due to having too much food in 1 sitting.

2. Eat The Right Foods

In addition to eating 5-6 square meals, you need to make sure those meals contain the right foods. You should be eating things such as oatmeal, yams, brown rice, whole wheat bread, chicken, turkey, lean beef, fish and nuts.

3. Stay Away From Processed Junk

Also, you want to ensure you don't eat anything that is processed. Some examples would be white bread, pasta and sugar. You also want to stay away from a lot of what you'll find in the freezer section or canned food isles of the grocery store.

If you're looking for healthy weight loss, following these simple tips will start you off on the right footing.
