An In-Dept Review of the LA Weight Loss Program

A new diet program is sweeping over America. The new LA weight loss program is fast gaining popularity, probably due to the numerous endorsements by Hollywood stars like Whoopee Goldberg. A review of the program is presented below. This review looks at the program and how it works, plus the disadvantages of undergoing it.

About the program

Strictly speaking, the LA weight loss program lets you undergo into a strict calorie-reduced diet. This entails including mostly fish, vegetables, and fruits in your diet. Apart from the diet, the program also requires you to purchase nutritional supplements and calorie bars/drinks, supposedly to assist in your weight loss journey.

These calorie bars are called LA Lites, a soy-rich supplement that supposedly makes you lose weight fast.

Counseling

A review of the program states that people are required to undergo counseling and personal training. This is probably one of the few pluses of enrolling in a center. Each diet program is uniquely developed according to one's body type and weight. Customers are also partnered with a personal trainer that will assist them throughout the weight loss process.

Too expensive

One of the common problems pointed out in a program review is that the program is too expensive for ordinary, minimum-wage-earning Americans. Enrolling in a center can cost you around $200 the first month and $15 every month. This excludes the nutritional supplements and diet products you have to purchase.

Is it effective?

A program review has revealed that although the program may work, it only works in a shallow level, meaning that it only helps you lose weight but it does not help alter your lifestyle, which includes eating habits and physical activities. So think twice before enrolling in an LA weight loss center.
